Quality Control Technician – Flexible Packaging & Labels

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate / ALS Certified with related trainings or certificates.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a QC role in a packaging or printing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as ink rub testers, COF testers, GSM scales, micrometers, and color spectrophotometers.
  • Familiarity with ISO or HACCP quality systems is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
  • Use lab equipment to test parameters such as ink adhesion, COF, seal strength, GSM, film thickness, and color accuracy.
  • Ensure all jobs meet internal quality standards and client specifications.
  • Document inspection results and assist in root cause analysis of defects.
  • Coordinate with production to resolve quality issues in real-time.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
  • Employment certificates
  • NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
  • PEOS certificate
