AC TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems in AC and chiller systems quickly and accurately
• Ability to handle refrigerants properly, including charging, evacuation, and leak detection.
• Ability to Install, repair, and maintain various types of AC and chiller units (split, window, central, ducted, AHU, air dryers, etc.)
• Ability to do copper welding work to replace the compressors.
• Operate gauges, multimeters, leak detectors, recovery machines, etc., safely and effectively.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and safely work with electrical components

Responsibilities:

• Install and commission air conditioning units (split, ducted, package units, or central systems) in control rooms, offices, operator’s rooms, server
  rooms, and production areas as required.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on all AC systems, replace or clean filters, check refrigerant levels, and clean coils and fans as per
  schedule.
• Respond to complaints in all areas (e.g., control rooms or server rooms)
• Diagnose and repair faults in AC systems, including mechanical, electrical, or refrigerant-related issues.
• Support in operation and maintenance of chilled water systems or cooling towers.
• Support in operation and maintenance of air compressors and air dryers.
• Support in operation and maintenance of RO plant; Support in operation and maintenance of firefighting pump.; Follow plant safety protocols
  and always wear PPE.
• Ensure that all ac repairs and maintenance are performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, parts replacement, and inspections
