Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a painter in high-rise construction
- Knowledge of paints, finishes, and application techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in construction or related field is a plus.
- Good English communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Apply paint and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Follow color guidelines and finish specifications

The Contractor is the joint venture between Bouygues Batiment International and Intrakat, a partnership between one of the leading international contractors with a very good reputation and experience in the design, and construction of high-end, high-rise residential buildings, with one of the leading Greek Contractors in the field of infrastructure and buildings construction.
With this selection, the joint venture between Bouygues Batiment International and Intrakat, moves to the next stage of the Riviera Tower construction process, following the provision of consulting services in the form of Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) as well as the implementation of the preparatory and preliminary works regarding the design, planning, logistics and construction management of the project, in its capacity as Early Works Contractor (EWC).
