Accounts Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate/property industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with financial reporting and budgeting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Must be results-oriented, keen to details, resourceful, hardworking, mature, and can maintain professionalism under any circumstances.
• Proficiency in accounting software.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecast financial performance, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Oversee and improve accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
