DIE ATTACH ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred in this job
• Degree In Electronics or related engineering field or minimum 3 years experiences in semiconductor field.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a team to sustain and improve Die Attach process
• Performed study and analysis for Die Attach process sustaining and improvement as Die Attach Process Engineer.
• Manage lot disposition for Die Attach process.
• Update & maintain documentation related to DA such as Spec, FMEA, OCAP etc
• Writing CAPA & 8D for low yield lot.
• Own and assist projects related on improvement, cost saving and quality projects related to DA.

• Update RESUME with detailed job description
• Certificate of Employment (COE)
• Training Certificate
• Valid passport
• Diploma & TOR
• PEOS, E-REG, POEA info sheet
