WAITRESS

Qualifications:

• At least two (2) years of service experience in the healthcare or hotel industry
• Must have Food and Beverage Service NC II or willing to acquire the certification
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take orders in a friendly and professional manner.
• Serve food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables and service areas.
• Assist in resolving guest concerns or requests.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times
