ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Qualifications:
- Chartered accounting qualification from a reputable professional association is a plus
- Experience in SAP FI CO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) Module is required
Responsibilities:
- Review LPOs received from Procurement and ensure the timely and accurate processing of payments to suppliers
- Ensure the accurate allocation of costs for each activity to ensure accurate accounting of payables
- Control CAD and notes payable banks limits
- Clear pending issues in co-ordination with Procurement Department
- Monitor and update accounts in system and databases
- Monitor, update, and adjust the aging reports of suppliers
- Provide the up to date report of the status of accounts payable
- Perform other duties as may be assigned or required
