Job Vacancy: Manual Transmission Technician

Manual Transmission Technician

Qualifications:

• 25 years old & above
• Fit to work
• At least one (1) year of vocational training or college is preferred
• With relevant and continuous work experience in the past five (5) years is a must
• Overseas experience is a plus
• In-depth understanding of Manual Transmission operation and components.
• Experience in diagnosing and repairing manual transmission problems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with intricate components.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools specific to transmission repair
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose transmission issues

Responsibilities:

• Overhauling, repairing, and rebuilding manual transmissions, clutches may also be included.
• Diagnosing problems with manual gearboxes, including gear shifts, clutch issues, and synchronizer malfunctions.
• Replacing worn-out or damaged transmission parts.
• Reassembling transmissions to meet factory specifications.
• Testing transmissions on dynamometers or during road tests to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintaining detailed records of repairs and services performed.

• Certifications (Vocational, TESDA, IELTS)
• Seminar and Training Certificates
• Licenses (Driver’s, PRC)
• NBI Clearance (can be to follow)
• Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
• Police Clearance (In all overseas country you worked for at least 12 months)
• Pay Slip (previous employer up to present)
