Job Vacancy: Cane Crushing Operator

Cane Crushing Operator

Qualifications:

• 25 years old & above
• Fit to work
• At least one (1) year of vocational training or college is preferred
• With relevant and continuous work experience in the past five (5) years is a must
• Overseas experience is a plus
• Experience operating heavy machinery is preferred, for the specific equipment used in cane crushing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of basic machinery operation.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with colleagues and supervisors.

Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery like cane loaders, grabs, and conveyor belts to transport sugarcane throughout the crushing process.
• Monitoring crushing equipment and ensuring smooth operation.
• Following safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks during the crushing season.
• May perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting tasks on the machinery.
• Keeping detailed records of crushing operations (hours worked, tonnage of cane crushed).

• School Credentials (Diploma, Transcript of Records, Form 137)
• Certifications (Vocational, TESDA, IELTS)
• Seminar and Training Certificates
• Licenses (Driver’s, PRC)
• NBI Clearance (can be to follow)
• Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
• Police Clearance (In all overseas country you worked for at least 12 months)
• Pay Slip (previous employer up to present)
