PLUMBER

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of working experience as a plumber is required.
• Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Personal Services & Building/Ground Services or similar fields.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Strong physical skills and manual dexterity.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and plumbing standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on construction or maintenance projects.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure plumbing installations comply with building codes and safety standards.
• Collaborate with construction teams, engineers, and clients to meet project requirements.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Provide guidance or supervision to junior plumbing staff if required.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and installation work.
