Responsibilities:

  • Assist in subcontract procurement, evaluating, negotiating, selecting competent supplier and subcontractors and preparing for relevant contract agreement
  • Measure and determine the amounts of work done at any stage of the construction for project budget, cost control, submission to client and financial budget report.
  • Supervising the performance of the quantity surveying team to ensure quality and timeliness in delivery
