SUPERVISOR VALVE
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all valve installation, repair, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure correct assembly, calibration, and alignment of different types of valves (gate, globe, ball, check, control, safety/relief valves, etc.).
- Review and implement method statements, ITPs, and risk assessments for valve works.
- Lead troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of valves to ensure optimal operation.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspection and certification of valves.
- Manage valve workshop activities, including dismantling, inspection, reassembly, and pressure testing.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and international codes (ASME, API, ISO).
- Monitor subcontractors’ valve-related activities and ensure quality and safety standards.
- Support commissioning and start-up teams in valve operation verification.
- Maintain proper documentation, inspection records, and test certificates for all valves.
- Conduct toolbox talks and enforce strict compliance with HSE requirements.
