Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and local area attractions a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a Hotel Ambassador, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service and assistance to our guests throughout their stay.
• You will serve as a liaison between guests and various hotel departments, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome to the hotel.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and policies to guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and timely manner.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
• Offer recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including the ambassador desk and guest service stations.
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with special guest requests, such as arranging transportation or making dining reservations.
• Uphold the hotel’s standards for guest service and professionalism at all times
