PRE SCHOOL TEACHERS

Qualifications:

• Female Only
• Up to 37 years old
• Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (preferably in education but not necessary) OR a professional diploma / certification in Early Childhood Education
• Must have 12 months (1 year) professional experience with children (Preschool/Kindergarten/Elementary)

Responsibilities:

• Educating children about fundamental concepts, such as colors, letters, numbers, and shapes. Encouraging social interactions between children and improving their self-esteem.
• Engaging in creative methods of learning, such as arts and crafts
• Planning comprehensive curriculums to address early childhood development needs.
• Instilling a sense of order and discipline in the classroom.
• Monitoring free time on the playground.
• Ensuring the classroom is a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Preparing for lessons by gathering materials and setting up workstations.
• Communicating with parents to better understand the children’s home lives and psyches.
• Writing up reports for parents on each child’s developmental progress.

Professional conduct expectations:

• Teacher should respect UAE and Islamic values and culture.
• Maintain effective communication channels with all colleagues.
• Be continuously up to date with the roles and responsibilities of a Assistant Teacher.
• Maintain respectful relationships with students and parents.
