Production Planning Engineer

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of +2 years of experience in production planning and control, preferably in the fire equipment industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
  various teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards

Responsibilities:

•  Planning and Coordinating to get maximum output and required materials to cover our demand.
• Receiving New Sales Orders and Create Job Orders.
• Preparing Weekly/Monthly Plan.
• Analysis the available/shortage raw materials to follow up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials to meet production schedule.
• Coordinating between Production and Purchase in order to avoid shortage of materials.
• Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion.
• Production Analysis report (Quota Points Vs received Priority).
• Critical Materials Shortage report.
• Monthly output Report.
• Occupation Report – Production Capacity Vs sales order.
• Prepare and submit reports regarding production control, late orders, work in process and raw material inventory and update to the management.
• Completing Job Orders Based on Daily Finished Report.
