PRODUCTION MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Preferable with Possess more than 5 years working experience in logging operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety laws.
- Managerial experience.
- Able to travel to Gabon for 2 years contract.
- Motivate toward career growth and learning.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem solving, negotiation and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Enforce health and safety protocols during all stages of production.
- Create and maintain a production schedule.
- Find ways to reduce production costs.
- Implement strategies to maximize production.
- Analyse workplace productivity.
- Resolve any concerns voiced by employees.
- To work out costing for new product.
- To ensure the product meet the quality according to Order requirement.
- Determine if new manufacturing machine, method are needed.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement and other department as well as vendors.
- Hire, train and evaluate manufacturing workers, monitor worker to ensure they meet performance and safety requirement.
- Ensure at every month end to oil and grease all machine are done and recorded.
- To perform any others duties as when assigned by Management
