lmarai Company (Poultry Farming Division) is seeking an experienced Unit Manager to oversee feedmill operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will manage daily production activities, ensure efficient feed processing operations, maintain quality and safety standards, and lead teams to achieve production targets while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in feedmill operations, poultry production, hatchery operations, or related industries.
• Experience in modern feed mills, hatcheries, flour mills, or poultry farming and production is required.
• Experience in port operations is an advantage for Rabigh Port assignments.
• Background in laying, broiler, or breeder operations is preferred, depending on the assigned role.
• Hands-on experience with the SAP System and inventory management is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of feed production processes, quality control, and operational procedures.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teams and work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily feedmill operations to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of quality animal feed.
• Monitor feed production processes, equipment performance, raw material handling, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with feed quality standards, food safety procedures, and company production requirements.
• Supervise, train, and guide feedmill personnel to maintain productivity, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with poultry farms, warehouses, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply and distribution of feed products.
• Monitor raw material inventory, stock levels, and usage records to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
• Utilize the SAP System for production reporting, inventory management, and operational monitoring when required.
• Prepare operational reports, production records, and performance analysis for management review.
• Ensure proper maintenance of feedmill machinery and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.
