Machine Operator

Qualifications:

• At least two (2) years of relevant work experience in machine operation or industrial manufacturing.
• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering.
• Practical skills and experience in operating CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines.
• Knowledge of basic machining processes, machine setup, and production procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and machine operating instructions.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and quality inspection procedures.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in production work.
• Willingness to learn the German language and develop communication skills for the workplace.
• Ability to follow technical instructions, production standards, and occupational safety procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of performing duties in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines and other assigned production equipment according to technical specifications and work instructions.
• Set up machines by preparing tools, materials, workpieces, and operating parameters as required.
• Load and unload materials and components into CNC machines.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure efficient production and consistent product quality.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, machining instructions, and production specifications.
• Perform basic machine adjustments within authorized operating procedures to maintain accuracy and production efficiency.
• Inspect machined components using appropriate measuring tools and instruments.
• Check finished products for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and compliance with required specifications.
• Identify and report machine malfunctions, production irregularities, and defective components to the supervisor.
• Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and assigned equipment.
• Maintain proper handling and storage of raw materials, tools, and finished products.
• Follow production schedules, quality control procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other production personnel to meet manufacturing targets.
• Perform other related machine operation and manufacturing duties as assigned.
