Store Manager (Fast Food Restaurant)

As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in maintaining company standards, driving profitability, and leading your team to success.

Qualifications:

  •  Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a supervisory role in an international fast food restaurant.
  • Proven experience in managing daily operations to optimize efficiency and maintain adherence to established standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing overall restaurant profitability, driving sales, fostering team development, ensuring food safety compliance, and overseeing operations, all while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to lead and develop a dynamic team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.
  • Has exceptional communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Valid passport and readiness with required documents (police clearance, employment records, school credentials, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and service quality.
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Monitor food safety, hygiene, and compliance with company standards.
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock management.
  • Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
  • Report directly to Area or Regional Managers on performance and improvement plans.
