Jana International Trading LLC is seeking a qualified Printing Machine Supervisor to oversee printing operations, supervise production staff, and ensure the efficient operation of printing machinery while maintaining product quality, safety, and production targets.

PRINTING MACHINE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing company, paper products industry, printing industry, or a related field.
  • Experience supervising printing machine operations and production personnel.
  • Knowledge of printing processes, machine setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Familiarity with quality control standards and production efficiency requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production tasks.
  • Technical or vocational training related to printing technology, manufacturing, or a similar field is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily operation of printing machines and production activities.
  • Ensure printing equipment is properly set up, adjusted, and operated according to production requirements.
  • Monitor production schedules and coordinate workflow to meet deadlines and output targets.
  • Inspect printed materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate maintenance or repairs when necessary.
  • Train, guide, and supervise machine operators and production staff.
  • Monitor the use of raw materials and minimize waste during production processes.
  • Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
  • Enforce workplace safety regulations, housekeeping standards, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
