Our employer in New Zealand is in need of the following position:

DUCT INSTALLER

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Duct Installer or in HVAC installation
  • Experience in installing and assembling duct systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is an advantage
  • Knowledge of safety standards and proper installation practices

Responsibilities:

  • Install HVAC duct systems including sheet metal and flexible ducts
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and layout plans
  • Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork according to specifications
  • Install duct supports, hangers, and insulation
  • Seal joints and ensure proper airflow and system efficiency
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on existing duct systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition

Requirements:
