PIE/PIZZA MAKER

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of working experience as a pizza maker or in a similar kitchen role is required.
• Candidates must be at least a High School Graduate.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Must have knowledge of traditional Italian-style pizza making, particularly Neapolitan pizza.
• Experience in using a wood-fired oven is required.
• Must have at least a Certificate of Employment.
• Ability to work cooperatively with kitchen staff and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas according to traditional recipes and techniques.
• Operate and manage a wood-fired oven for proper pizza baking.
• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings ensuring high-quality ingredients and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and work area.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
• Ensure all pizzas meet quality and presentation standards before serving.
