Engineering Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years related work experience in the same industry
• Must possess a TESDA NC II Training Certificate relevant to the position applied for
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and reporting abilities
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced operations environment

Responsibilities:

• Supervise engineering and maintenance activities within the facility
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure proper operation of equipment and systems
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
• Prepare and submit engineering and maintenance reports
• Work with management to improve operational efficiency and equipment reliability
