Joe & The Juice is seeking a dynamic Training Manager to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing training programs that ensure the growth and development of staff while maintaining high operational standards. Training Manager
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in training or human resources management, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong communication skills (both English and Arabic).
- Valid passport required for employment in Oman.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to work abroad.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective training programs for staff.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure employees understand company processes and standards.
- Provide ongoing support to staff in their professional development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
- Work closely with management to identify training needs and goals.
- Ensure all staff are trained to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to improve skills.
