HOME CARE NURSE
Qualifications:
- Female applicants are preferred
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- BSc in Nursing / Nursing Diploma. Registered Nurse in home country
- Valid QCHP Registered Nurse license
- Current Intermediate Life Support (ILS) certification
- 2+ years of community-based nursing experience
- Experience with neonatal, pediatric, adult & geriatric care. Skilled in private/duty nursing services. Delivers efficient, high-quality nursing care
- Works well independently and in teams. Motivated and dedicated to professional growth
- Strong communication and information delivery skills
Responsibilities:
- Monitor vital signs (BP, heart rate, temperature, O2 saturation, fluid balance)
- Measure and manage blood glucose levels
- Administer medications including oral, injectable, and pre-poured/pre-loaded formats
- Wound care, dressing changes, skin assessments
- Catheter and ostomy care. Pain and cardiac assessments
