SUPERVISOR PIPING

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• EX CCC CANDIDATES CAN APPLY ONLY
• 7–10 years in piping works, with at least 3–5 years as Supervisor.
• Piping fabrication, erection, welding, and hydro-testing. Ability to read P&IDs, piping isometrics, and GA drawings.
• The Piping Supervisor is the frontline leader at site, ensuring crews perform piping activities safely, on time, and according to project standards

Responsibilities:

• A Piping Supervisor is responsible for supervising piping fabrication, erection, testing, and commissioning activities at the project site.
• The role ensures that work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, drawings, international codes, and client standards
• Site Supervision & Execution Supervise piping crews, welders, and fitters during fabrication and installation. Ensure work is performed according to approved drawings, isometrics, and specifications.
• Monitor piping alignment, welding, fit-up, supports, and hydro-testing. Coordinate with subcontractors for smooth execution of site activities.
• Planning & Coordination Prepare daily and weekly work schedules based on project targets. Coordinate with engineers, quality inspectors, and safety officers. Ensure manpower, tools, and materials are available at site.
• Quality Control & Safety Enforce compliance with project quality standards (ASME, API, ASTM, Aramco standards). Check weld quality, fit-up inspections, and hydro/pneumatic test preparation.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies and conduct to Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain daily reports on manpower, progress, and equipment utilization.
• Provide updates to the Piping Superintendent/Construction Manager. Verify as-built drawings and mark-up changes.
• Problem Solving & Leadership Guide piping foremen and crews to achieve productivity targets.
• Resolve technical issues in coordination with site engineers. Ensure discipline, safety, and efficiency within the piping team.
