CHICKEN DEBONER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 1 year work experience

Responsibilities:

• Accurately debone poultry parts (e.g., breast, thigh, leg) using knives in accordance with SOPs.
• Ensure minimal meat waste and optimize yield based on production targets.
• Inspect deboned products for quality, cleanliness, and absence of bone fragments
• Promptly report any defects or deviations to the production supervisor
• Follow strict personal hygiene and sanitation protocols to prevent contamination.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and tools before, during, and after each shift.
• Perform tasks efficiently to achieve daily production goals
• Collaborate with team leaders to address any workflow or material-related issues.

Requirements:

• Updated resume with job description
• Employment certificate
• Diploma/TOR
• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
• 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
