We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a 5-star hotel or fine dining environment and will play a key role in supporting kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role
• Proven experience in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant is required
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
• Ability to support, oversee, and assist the Outlet Chef and Sous Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations
• Must be a team player with a “One Team and Service” mindset
• Adaptable and aligned with the service standards and culture of InterContinental Hotels Group

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to established standards
• Assist in managing a specific section of the kitchen efficiently
• Support the Outlet Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control
• Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent guest service
