Victory Industrial Corporation is hiring Factory Workers to support its manufacturing operations in Taiwan. The role involves operating industrial machinery such as CNC machines, spray painting equipment, and press machines to produce metal components while ensuring quality, safety, and production efficiency standards are met.

FACTORY WORKER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• Height: 160 cm and above.
• Age: Below 35 years old.
• First-time applicants are welcome.
• With working experience in any of the following is required:
  • CNC Machinist (Lathe or Milling)
  • Spray Painter (metal materials)
  • Press Machine Operator (Power Press / Stamping Machine)
• Ability to follow instructions and technical procedures accurately.
• Physically fit for factory and machine operation work.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines (lathe or milling) for metal fabrication processes.
• Perform spray painting on metal materials according to production requirements.
• Operate power press and stamping machines for manufacturing components.
• Follow work instructions, technical drawings, and production guidelines.
• Conduct basic inspection of finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of work areas and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment at all times.
• Report machine issues or production defects to supervisors immediately.
