Qualifications:
- SVQ Level 3 / HNC Welding Certificates
- Completed a welding apprenticeship (TIG Welding & Orbital Experience required)
- Fully competent in working alone on all welding activities
- Effective communication skills
- Honest & reliable
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Commitment to continual improvement and adaptability to change
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering HSEQ excellence
- Proven workshop/welder experience in a welding environment
- Experience working autonomously and leading a team
