Accommodation Administrator
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in administrative or hospitality roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Administration, customer service, record keeping, communication.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.`
- Certifications: Relevant professional certifications are desirable.
Responsibilities:
- The Accommodation Administrator is responsible for managing the administrative functions related to accommodation facilities within the camps. This role involves coordinating bookings, managing records, and ensuring efficient check-in and check-out
- Bookings and Reservations: Coordinate accommodation bookings and reservations. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of room assignments.
- Check-In and Check-Out: Manage the check-in and check-out process for residents. Ensure all administrative procedures are followed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of resident information and accommodation status. Ensure confidentiality and data protection.
- Customer Service: Address resident inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Provide information and assistance to residents as needed.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on accommodation occupancy and usage. Document all administrative activities and transactions.
