Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Understand isometric drawings and have experience working with carbon and stainless steel pipelines, knows tools, machineries and how to work with it.
• Be able to make simple calculations and capable to use magnetic drilling machine, grinding machine, pipe centrators and clamps, torque wrench and other related tools and machineries.
• Knows different types of valves, flanges, gasket supports.
• Know different types of bolts and all system and sequences how to tighten the flanges with bolts.
• Be able to weld with MMA or MAG welding machines if it is needed.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to plan and execute pipe installation projects.
• Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shapes and sizes. Assemble and install piping systems, including joining pipes by welding, brazing, soldering, or using mechanical fittings. Ensure proper alignment and positioning of pipes.
• Select appropriate materials for pipes based on the type of fluid or gas being transported, temperature, and pressure requirements.
• Install pipe supports and hangers to secure pipes in place and prevent sagging or movement.
• Conduct pressure tests and inspections to ensure the integrity and functionality of the installed piping systems. Identify and repair leaks or other issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing piping systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems in piping systems.
• Work closely with other construction professionals, such as plumbers, electricians, and HVAC technicians, to coordinate the installation of various systems.
• Utilize a variety of tools and equipment, including pipe cutters, threaders, welding equipment, and measuring devices.
• Overall, pipefitters play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of piping systems, contributing to the functionality of buildings and various industrial processes.

• High School Diploma if High School Graduate
• Diploma and TOR if College Graduate
• Employment certificates (previous to present)
• Trainings attended
• Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
• Passport copy (1 year valid)
