Daiwa Senpaku Kougyou Co., Ltd is seeking skilled Welders (Specified Skilled Worker) to join its team in Japan. The successful candidate will perform welding tasks using various techniques while ensuring strict adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

WELDER (SSW)

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Must be at least a High School Graduate.
  • Must possess a valid (not expired) passport.
  • Experience in MIG, TIG, and arc welding is required.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Willing to work in Japan under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) program.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, and arc welding methods to join metal parts based on technical drawings and specifications.
  • Inspect, clean, and prepare materials before welding to ensure proper fit-up and quality standards.
  • Conduct post-welding inspection and finishing to ensure strong, clean, and accurate welds.
  • Maintain welding equipment in good working condition and report any defects or issues.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures and comply with all health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Ensure work quality meets company and client standards.
  • Assist in general workshop or production tasks as required.

  • Latest PSA married certificate (if married)(photocopy & original) 6pcs. Latest 2×2 id pictures (with white background in formal attire)
  • If holder of valid driver’s license (photocopy)
  • Latest NBI (color light blue) (photocopy & original)
  • High school diploma / college diploma (photocopy)
  • Certificate of employment (COE) (photocopy & original)
  • PEOS certificate and e-registration
  • One (1) long expanding brown envelope
