PHILMANPOWER GMBH is seeking skilled and experienced Welders for employment opportunities in Germany. The successful candidates will be responsible for welding, fabricating, assembling, and dismantling amusement rides and related steel structures while ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.

WELDER

Qualifications:

• 23 to 40 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Welder or in a related field.
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering course, Bachelor of Science in Welding and Fabrication, or a 2-year vocational course in Welding.
• Must possess a valid TESDA Welding NC II Certificate.
• Must have experience in assembling and dismantling amusement rides.
• Willing to undergo German Language Training up to Level A2.
• Applicants currently working abroad are welcome to apply.
• Physically fit and willing to work in Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and fabrication of metal components using approved welding techniques.
• Assemble and dismantle amusement rides and related mechanical and structural components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications.
• Inspect welded joints and fabricated components to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Perform repairs, modifications, and maintenance on amusement ride structures as required.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company procedures and German safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Perform other welding and fabrication duties as assigned by the employer.
