EGE SPOL S.R.O. is seeking experienced Welders to join their team in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will be responsible for assembling, welding, and fabricating steel structures according to technical drawings and project specifications while ensuring quality, accuracy, and workplace safety.
WELDER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience as a Welder or similar position.
- Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and welding documentation.
- Experience in steel structure assembly, welding, grinding, cutting, bending, and straightening.
- Knowledge of welding processes and fabrication techniques.
- Ability to operate hand tools and lifting equipment safely.
- Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written).
- No minimum educational attainment required.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble steel structures based on technical drawings and welding documentation before welding.
- Perform welding operations according to required procedures and quality standards.
- Carry out grinding, cutting, hot bending, and straightening of steel components.
- Operate angle grinders and other fabrication tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform lifting and material handling activities using bridge cranes up to 8 tons.
- Inspect welded components to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company quality requirements.
