WELDER/FABRICATOR (MIG)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• Skilled in MIG welding and metal fabrication work.
• Ability to perform a wide range of fabrication tasks including making bins, cutting scrap metal, truck panel repairs, and spray painting.
• Demonstrated maturity, professionalism, and reliability in the workplace.
• Ability to follow company rules, procedures, and supervisory instructions consistently.
• Functional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work respectfully and maintain good conduct in diverse work environments.
• Strong knowledge of welding tools, fabrication equipment, and workshop safety procedures.
• Ability to read measurements, basic drawings, and fabrication specifications is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual and industrial work activities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding and metal fabrication work according to company standards.
• Fabricate metal structures, bins, panels, and other steel components as required.
• Cut, shape, grind, and prepare scrap metal and fabrication materials.
• Conduct truck panel repairs and assist in spray painting activities when necessary.
• Inspect welded and fabricated parts to ensure quality and structural integrity.
• Operate welding machines, grinders, cutting tools, and fabrication equipment safely.
• Follow workshop safety rules, operational procedures, and supervisor instructions at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Ensure professional conduct and positive teamwork within multicultural work environments.

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic: 150,000 VUV (food inclusive)
