Hoa Hiep Engineering Co., Ltd is seeking experienced 6G Welders to join its steel structure fabrication and industrial equipment projects in Vietnam. The successful candidate will perform precision welding on structural steel and piping components in the 6G welding position, ensuring all work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
WELDER (6G)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a 6G Welder in Steel Structure Fabrication and Industrial Equipment Works.
- Demonstrated proficiency in performing 6G welding with high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, and technical specifications.
- Strong knowledge of welding procedures, fabrication techniques, and quality inspection standards.
- Skilled in operating welding equipment, hand tools, grinders, and measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fabrication team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform 6G welding on structural steel, piping, and industrial equipment in accordance with approved welding procedures and engineering specifications.
- Read and interpret welding symbols, fabrication drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Prepare, fit, and align materials before welding to ensure proper joint preparation and dimensional accuracy.
- Operate welding machines, cutting equipment, grinders, and other fabrication tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect completed welds for quality, penetration, and compliance with applicable welding standards, performing repairs as needed.
- Work closely with fitters, supervisors, and quality control personnel to ensure fabrication and installation requirements are achieved.
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure tools are in good working condition.
- Keep work areas clean and organized while following company health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Perform other welding and fabrication-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
