Warehouse Picker / Order Fulfillment Associate

Qualifications:

Male applicants are preferred
Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a warehouse picker or in order fulfillment
Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy items safely
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Ability to collaborate with team members and provide basic customer service support

Responsibilities:

Pick and fulfill online orders from store or warehouse accurately and on time
Assist in inventory management, including stock counting, replenishment, and organization
Perform quality control checks to ensure correct items and quantities are shipped
Prepare orders for shipment and coordinate with logistics as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Provide support for basic customer service inquiries related to order fulfillment
Follow warehouse procedures and safety protocols at all times
Assist in other warehouse operations as needed
