Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience required.
- Experience with product complaints or quality assessment is a strong advantage.
- English proficiency: B2 level (written and oral communication).
- Basic knowledge of mathematics, logic, and computer operations.
- Physically fit with good stamina and ability to work long shifts of up to 11 hours.
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 kg / 110 pounds.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Positive work history with reliable attendance.
- Good moral character and strong work ethic.
- Team-oriented, responsible, and able to work extended hours when required.
- Willing to work shifts and adapt to warehouse operational requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Clean products and check functionality to ensure items are suitable for resale.
- Assess product quality based on established company standards and parameters.
- Pack products, including large household appliances, safely and efficiently.
- Unpack, sort, and organize incoming products.
- Handle products weighing up to 50 kg / 110 pounds when required.
- Perform basic computer tasks, including data entry and minor administrative duties.
- Process and manage product complaints; experience handling complaints is an advantage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Follow warehouse procedures, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Work effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
