Brother Mining Sasu is seeking a qualified and experienced Warehouse Administrator to join its operations in Congo. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and checking incoming goods, maintaining warehouse records, issuing materials, organizing inventory, and coordinating loading and deliveries. The position also involves handling and recording copper materials accurately and working closely with both Chinese and Congolese teams to support efficient and safe warehouse operations.

Qualifications:
- Male, 25–35 years old.
- Must have previous warehouse experience.
- Experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, receiving, issuing, and material handling is preferred.
- Ability to accurately receive, inspect, count, weigh, record, and organize goods and materials.
- Experience in maintaining warehouse records, inventory documents, and stock reports.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling and recording copper materials and other inventory.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with workers, drivers, logistics personnel, and other departments.
- Able to work effectively with Chinese and Congolese teams.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Physically fit and capable of performing warehouse-related activities, including standing, walking, counting, weighing, and monitoring loading operations.
- Knowledge of proper warehouse safety, housekeeping, and material-handling practices.
- Responsible, hardworking, reliable, and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods, materials, equipment, and deliveries.
- Check delivered items against purchase orders, delivery documents, and warehouse records.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize warehouse records, inventory documents, and related paperwork.
- Issue goods, supplies, equipment, and materials based on approved requests and authorization.
- Ensure all warehouse items are properly labeled, identified, and stored in their designated locations.
- Organize warehouse inventory to facilitate efficient storage, retrieval, and stock monitoring.
- Count, weigh, and accurately record copper materials and other warehouse items.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Report damaged, missing, excess, or incorrect items and other inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Assist in conducting regular physical inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
- Prepare materials and goods for loading, delivery, transfer, or dispatch.
- Coordinate loading and delivery activities with drivers, logistics personnel, and warehouse workers.
- Work closely with Chinese and Congolese team members to ensure smooth warehouse and delivery operations.
- Monitor the movement of goods and materials in and out of the warehouse.
- Ensure proper handling, stacking, storage, and protection of warehouse materials.
- Monitor the condition and security of stored goods and report any loss or damage.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and proper housekeeping.
- Monitor assigned workers and ensure they follow safe work practices and warehouse procedures.
- Promote compliance with workplace safety rules and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report unsafe conditions, accidents, damaged materials, and other warehouse-related concerns to management.
- Maintain confidentiality and proper control of warehouse records and inventory information.
- Perform other warehouse administration, inventory, loading, and material-handling duties assigned by management.
