The Diplomatic Club is offering an overseas employment opportunity for qualified Filipino applicants interested in working as a Waiter or Waitress in Qatar.

Waiter / Waitress

Qualifications:

• Applicants aged 25–35 years old.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, club, or similar hospitality establishment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle busy service periods.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow service procedures.
• Knowledge of proper table service, food handling, and dining etiquette.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements when required.
• Present menus, explain available dishes and beverages, and answer guests’ questions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or bar team.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally according to service standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and ready for guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond courteously to requests or concerns.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other service team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Process bills and payments accurately when assigned.
• Clear tables, replace table settings, and maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Maintain professional grooming, courtesy, and service etiquette at all times.
