Cygnus Resort Hotel is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join its hospitality team in China. The successful candidate will provide excellent food and beverage service, ensure guest satisfaction, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience while maintaining the hotel’s high standards of service.

WAITER/WAITRESS

Qualifications:

• 35 years old and below.
• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Waiter or Waitress, preferably in a hotel, resort, or restaurant.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Professional appearance with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide professional, courteous, and attentive dining service.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and make food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and quality.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Prepare and set dining tables before service and maintain cleanliness throughout operating hours.
• Process customer bills and payments accurately when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the hotel’s customer service standards.

• Certificate of Employment
