WAITER

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• At least 1 year of experience in restaurant, café, hotel, or food and beverage service is preferred.
• Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, approachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Able to remain calm, courteous, and professional when handling customers.
• Team player with good attention to detail and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Physically fit and able to stand and move for extended periods during service.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and create a friendly and positive dining atmosphere.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate table service throughout the guest’s dining experience.
• Present menus, answer questions about food and beverages, and provide recommendations when requested.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure orders are complete and correctly presented.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to additional requests.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
• Assist with other restaurant service duties as assigned during busy periods.
• Follow company standards for customer service, food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures.
• Work closely with the restaurant team to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
