Mavromatis Employment Bureau Ltd. is seeking experienced and customer-focused Waiters to join its hospitality team in Cyprus. The successful candidate will provide exceptional dining service by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable customer experience. The ideal candidate has experience in luxury hotels, villas, or international hospitality establishments and is committed to delivering outstanding service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
WAITER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven local or international experience as a Waiter in a 5-star hotel, luxury villa, fine dining restaurant, or other hospitality establishments.
- International hospitality experience in multicultural environments is highly preferred.
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures, dining etiquette, and hospitality standards.
- Ability to explain menu items, recommend dishes, and accommodate guests’ dietary requirements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Professional appearance with excellent grooming and a positive attitude.
- Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Must have a newly renewed passport.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests promptly in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide detailed information about menu items, ingredients, and dietary accommodations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation and service standards are met.
Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders. - Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain dining tables, ensuring cleanliness, proper table settings, and overall dining area organization.
- Assist with food preparation, serving VIP or special guests, and other restaurant operations as assigned.
- Operate the cash register or maintain the cash drawer accurately when required.
- Follow company policies, food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and health and safety procedures.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and consistently deliver outstanding customer service that reflects the company’s brand standards.
- Perform other front-of-house duties assigned by supervisors or management.
Salary Offer:
- Salary starts at Php 56,000.00 net monthly.
- Forty-Eight (48) Work Hours per week.
- Accommodation will be provided.
- 2 years minimum contract
