Seerah Operation & Maintenance Company is looking for a skilled Utility Maintenance Engineer to oversee, maintain, and optimize utility systems in industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure reliable operation of essential systems such as HVAC, water, compressed air, power, and other utilities, supporting uninterrupted production and maintenance operations.
Utility Maintenance Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical qualifications.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in industrial or plant operations.
- Strong knowledge of utility systems, mechanical and electrical equipment, and maintenance best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in industrial environments in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on utility systems including HVAC, electrical, water, and compressed air systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and piping systems related to utilities.
- Monitor utility system performance and optimize for efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational protocols.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation for management review.
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure uninterrupted services.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and implement cost-effective solutions.
