UNIFORM ROOM ATTENDANT
Qualifications:
- Age requirement: 22–35 years old.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a Uniform Room Attendant or similar role within a 5-star hotel environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of uniform handling, inventory control, and hotel housekeeping procedures.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage supplies effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Must provide a Certificate of Employment (COE).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural hospitality team.
Responsibilities:
- Issue, collect, and maintain uniforms for hotel employees according to established procedures.
- Ensure uniforms are properly sorted, labeled, stored, and organized.
- Inspect uniforms for cleanliness, condition, and proper presentation.
- Coordinate with laundry and housekeeping departments regarding uniform care and availability.
- Maintain accurate records of uniform inventory, distribution, and returns.
- Assist employees with uniform-related requests and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure uniform rooms and storage areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Report damaged, missing, or worn-out uniforms to the appropriate department.
- Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Provide courteous support to staff while maintaining a professional attitude.
