Tile Mason

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–4 years relevant experience as a tile mason or construction finisher
• Skilled in laying ceramic, porcelain, marble, and other types of tiles
• Ability to read and follow layout plans, measurements, and surface designs
• Knowledge of surface preparation, leveling, cutting, and tile installation techniques
• Experience in grouting, polishing, and finishing tile works
• Physically fit and able to perform manual construction work
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver precise and clean finishes
• Basic understanding of construction safety procedures

Responsibilities:

• Lay tiles on floors, walls, ceilings, and other surfaces according to specifications
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying bonding materials
• Cut tiles to fit edges, corners, and irregular spaces
• Apply adhesives, grout, and sealing materials properly
• Ensure alignment, spacing, and finishing quality meet project standards
• Repair or replace damaged or uneven tiles as required
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in good condition
• Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment at all times
• Coordinate with supervisors and other construction workers on site
• Inspect completed work to ensure durability and quality standards

• Certificate of Employment
