Technician – Fabricator
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only, aged 25–45 years old.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fabricator in automotive or heavy vehicle workshops.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding.
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and job instructions accurately.
- Experience in body repair and structural alignment is required.
- Good understanding of workshop safety standards and operational procedures.
- Must possess a Technical Certificate or Diploma in Fabrication, Welding, Mechanical field, or related discipline.
- Welding certification is considered an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform fabrication, welding, and assembly works for automotive and heavy vehicle components.
- Conduct body repair and structural alignment according to workshop standards and specifications.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, technical diagrams, and job instructions.
- Operate welding equipment and fabrication tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
- Follow workplace safety regulations and company operational procedures at all times.
- Coordinate with supervisors and workshop teams to complete repair and fabrication tasks efficiently.
- Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns promptly to management.
