Technical Officer (HVAC)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC maintenance.
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance management within large businesses or commercial establishments (not limited to construction).
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Alternatively, completion of recognized vocational or formal training with certification.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and lead a team.
• Professional, well-presented, and team-oriented.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems in large commercial and industrial facilities.
• Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions to ensure optimal system performance.
• Manage multiple maintenance tasks and coordinate with facility management teams.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, technical specifications, and company protocols.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior HVAC technicians.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization and efficiency improvements.
