Operations Specialist – In Flight Catering

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 3–10 years of experience in in-flight catering or a related industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and catering management software.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operations and in-flight catering activities.
• Coordinate with ramp operations, dispatch, and duty managers.
• Ensure smooth catering operations for flights, including VIP and urgent orders.
• Monitor dispatch reports, booking lists, and operational documents.
• Support and guide operations staff and supervisors.
• Assist during peak operations, emergencies, and high-pressure situations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time and quality service.
• Follow company policies on safety, procedures, and data protection.
